Is it safe to heat and eat my Authentic Asia™ frozen meal if it has thawed?

Unfortunately, you should always toss out frozen meals if they thaw completely. Depending on the time and temperature of the thawing process, the food quality and safety may be compromised. But please grab another frozen meal, heat it up and enjoy!

Help! I followed the cooking instructions but my Authentic Asia™ frozen meal is still a little too cold.

Microwave ovens vary in power, so you may need to cook it for a bit longer. If your meal is still cold, continue to heat in 30-second increments until it is thoroughly cooked to 165°F.

Can I cook this in a conventional oven?

Sorry, Authentic Asia™ bowls don’t work well in a conventional oven. If you have one of our meals, we think you’ll be impressed with the results from cooking it in a microwave!

Can I recycle or reuse my Authentic Asia™ frozen meal packaging?

You can recycle all Authentic Asia™ packaging materials, except the film. If you would like more information, please contact your local recycling, solid waste, environment or public works department. They can explain the recycling options in your area.

We do not recommend reusing or reheating the bowl. It was not designed to be a permanent dish.

Authentic Asia™ frozen meal packaging does not contain BPA, BPS, or BPF (bisphenol A, S or F).

The film separated from the bowl while cooking is my product still okay to eat?
